Mia-Miracle Craig, Sam Frank, Claire Kiernan, and Vaniel Simmons are competing for the 2023 Truman Scholarship, a national competitive, merit-based award.
Saylor Tettleton ’22 will be studying in Germany for one year as a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Fellow.
They were recognized at the college’s annual Awards Convocation, held on campus April 29. Prof. Finlayson of the Department of English received the Clarence Day Award for Outstanding Teaching. Prof. Casey of Educational Studies received the Clarence Day Award for Outstanding Research and/or Creative Activity.
