Faculty funding is available through several internal sources, including pedagogical and institutional innovation grants from Hill Grants, Buckman International Curricular Grants, and the Innovation Fund; Professional Development Endowment (FDE) grants, and Faculty Support funds from the Office of Faculty Development. Sabbatical & Early Leave

Tenured Rhodes faculty may apply for sabbatical leave to pursue professional activities that will promote scholarly research or creative activities. A faculty member with tenure is eligible for sabbatical leave after 12 semesters of full-time teaching and thereafter is eligible after each successive 12 semesters of full-time teaching. Tenure-track faculty in their second year may apply for early leave in fall or spring semester of their year.

Student Funding
Rhodes supports student learning outside the conventional classroom through various fellowship programs, professional travel support, student employment, and the Rhodes Student Associate Program (RSAP).
