Rhodes College engages in on-going Institutional Effectiveness efforts which are supported by Institutional Research and Assessment.
Institutional Effectiveness at Rhodes College includes work that relates to accreditation and providing oversight for accreditation activities, including both assessment and reporting.
Assessment: The Director of Assessment supports both administrative and academic unit-level assessment through consultation and training annually to help establish performance measures, appropriate goals, and assessment activities.
Reporting: The Director of Institutional Research oversees institutional reporting obligations to both our regional accreditor (SACSCOC) and government agencies.
Both aspects of Institutional Effectiveness collaborate with academic and administrative divisions to identify areas for improvement that will add value to the student experience.
