Winter Externships Opportunities

The Rhodes Winter Externship Program provides students with the important opportunity to interact with a professional in a career field they wish to explore.

This is not your traditional internship program. The innate flexibility of the Rhodes Winter Externship Program is what makes this the perfect way to help Rhodes students gain knowledge and experience about their fields of interest in a virtual setting. Due to COVID-19, the academic calendar has been altered to extend winter break from December 14 to January 26, meaning the opportunities are endless. Below is the list of available Winter Break Externships. Externships are listed by state/location select the state below to see the opportunities in that location.

These opportunities, which can potentially be included on a resume, will facilitate career exploration and the development of networking contacts. Externships are not paid, and students are responsible for any travel or lodging costs, though most opportunities are virtual this year.

Contact Liz Moak ’11, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations, moake@rhodes.edu, or 901.843.3582, if you have any questions or comments about the program or a specific opportunity.
