Current Students:
Students can access an unofficial transcript in Workday:
- Navigate to Academics
- View My Academic Record
- Use the PDF icon that is in the red bar at the top right of the screen to download unofficial transcript.
Students can come to Rhodes Express to request an official paper transcript, either to pick up themselves or to be mailed directly to a third party.
Current and Former Students:
Official transcripts can be mailed, emailed, or sent via Electronic Exchange through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). studentclearinghouse.org
NSC charges $2.90 per transcript, with extra fees for special delivery options such as electronic ($1), FedEx ($25-$35), or International ($55).
To mail the transcript or send it to a specific email address, select Employer or Other on the Select Transcript and Delivery Details page, and then:
- Select standard processing for mail or FedEx
- Select rush processing for email
You can also use the NSC Electronic Exchange (ETX) if that is the preference of the recipient. In the Select Transcript and Delivery Details section, you can use their search engine to find schools that participate in the NSC Electronic Exchange (ETX). You will see that you are using the electronic exchange on the next page under School's Terms and Conditions. This option does not allow you to enter a specific email address.
Please Note:
- We CANNOT take transcript requests over the phone.
- We CANNOT fax or email transcripts from our office, the only option for emailing transcripts is to use the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Regular transcript service normally will process requests within 2 business days of the date of request. At the end of each term, during grading and registration periods, transcripts may require up to 5 working days to process.
