Rhodes Camerata (formerly Rhodes Women's Chorus) was founded by Dr. Diane Clark and was under the direction of Dr. Mona Kreitner from 2003-2017 and  Dr. Ellen Koziel from 2017-2023. The Chorus has participated in several Fall choral concerts and the Homecoming music showcase concert. In 2019, the group had the opportunity to embark on a mini performance tour in the Nashville area and they have also had the privilege to participate in masterclasses with noted American composers such as Stephen Paulus, Libby Larsen, and internationally acclaimed recording artists Anonymous 4. The chorus has also enjoyed collaborations with other musical groups around the city of Memphis. Among their collaborative efforts have been joint concerts with the University of Memphis Collegium Musicum that celebrated the musical output of Nicola Porpora’s “Benjamin Britten Birthday Bash” at Holy Apostles (2013), Dan Forrest’s "Requiem for the Living" and Faure’s "Requiem at the Church of the Holy Communion" (2017 and 2023), and a performance of Ron Kean’s "American Mass" with the Rhodes College Orchestra (2023).
