Reserving Caps and Gowns: Get Your Regalia

Wednesday & Thursday, February 6 and 7, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Burrow Refectory

Forms for reserving academic regalia (caps and gowns) will be available on February 6 and 7. All students who expect to graduate should sign up at this time.

Regalia rental is covered by Rhodes College. There is no additional cost.

Distribution

Wednesday, May 8, 1:00 pm - 5:30pm, Hardie Auditorium, Palmer Hall. Otherwise, schedule an appointment by calling 901-843-3888.

NOTE: Seniors will not be permitted to pick up caps and gowns until officially cleared by the Bursar. See the Clearance Checklist.

 

What to Wear: Appropriate Dress with Academic Regalia

For the class picture, baccalaureate, and commencement it is requested that women wear dark shoes with caps and gowns and have with them the white collars issued with regalia. Men are asked to wear white shirts, dark trousers, and dark shoes.
