Tree To Light Up Buckman Hall Lawn

Lights for the campus holiday tree located on the Buckman Hall lawn will come on tonight at dusk and run through the New Year. Throughout the holiday season, commuters and other motorists will be able to enjoy the display as they travel along North Parkway.

Nice but nothing will take the place of the real one that was once all lit up at Christmas, I guess the age of the tree along with ice and wind damage has taken a toll on the poor thing. Maybe it′s time to cut it down and plant a new one in it′s place? Perfect time of year for it. And then it can be decorated each year and people follow it′s growth. Regardless, it′s nice to see Rhodes have a tree.
