Souper Contact Not Just for the Holidays

Rhodes’ Souper Contact, an all-year student-run meal program, will be carving up turkey on Tuesday, Nov. 23, for the hungry and homeless.
However, Rhodes volunteers share food and friendships throughout the year at the soup kitchen located in the basement of St. John’s United Methodist Church (1207 Peabody). The hours are Tuesdays, 3:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Those from the Rhodes community interested in volunteering should Rhodes Chaplain Walter Tennyson at 843-3804.
