Guidelines for Planning an International Program or Activity

Nuts and Bolts for Planning an International Program or Activity

International programs and activities led by Rhodes faculty and staff create valuable learning opportunities for our students. Such international programs and activities include but are not limited to Maymesters, conferences, research projects, or volunteer experiences.

All programs or activities must be proposed and approved well in advance. Approval may be granted by the Dean of the Faculty or the Dean of Students depending upon the type of activity proposed. Please review the Nuts and Bolts for Planning an International Program or Activity (PDF) for important information and relevant forms.  The Buckman Center welcomes early, informal consultation by faculty and staff for program/activity planning.
