We know it gets boring to eat the same kind of food at the same place every day, several meals a day. We've come up with three dining locations, all with extended hours, that will keep you happily eating on campus:
Catherine Burrow Refectory - "The Rat" features a bakery, a brick pizza oven, a cook-to-order food station, and a fireside lounge. It offers fresh food stations where you can get traditional meat and vegetables, pasta, vegetarian and vegan, Asian, and seasonal fruits for lunch and dinner. A SimplyOASIS concept offers meals made without the Top 9 allergens and gluten. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Lynx Lair - Located in the Bryan Campus Life Center, the Lynx Lair is a casual dining venue and pub with sushi, classic Memphis entrees, gourmet sandwiches, pizza, grab and go items, and grain bowls made-to-order. The pub serves draft beer (proof of age required) in the afternoons and evenings. Open for lunch, dinner and late evening snacks. Students can choose what they want to eat at any or all concepts at the Lair with one meal swipe. Pizza and a grain bowl? One swipe! Subsequent visits, even on the same day or during the same meal period, will require an additional meal swipe.(multiple meal swipes are permitted during a meal period. Beer not included.)
The Middle Ground - This hub of activity, serves local Dr. Bean’s’s Coffee Company coffee and grab-and-go options. This high-tech coffeehouse offers a wireless environment with computers, a plasma-screen television and comfortable seating.
