Career Services Staff
Sandra George Tracy
Since 1990, Sandi has served as the Career Services Director. As Director, she provides guidance and leadership to the programs and services offered by the staff. Sandi coordinates the academic internship program. She is also constantly working to create opportunities for Rhodes students by building solid relationships with employers, graduate programs, and organizations like Teach for America and Americorps. Michael Koertel
As the Assistant Director, Mike primarily works with Junior and Senior students but is happy to work with any students in need of assistance. He facilitates the Junior Academy for Knowledge (JACK) and the Career Advancement Seminar for Seniors (CASS), which are six-week workshop series. He also coordinates the Shadow Day event, aimed at exposing students to different types of careers. Additionally, he is available to discuss options concerning graduate or professional school. Jay Brooksby
As a Career Counselor, Jay is responsible for working with first and second year students. He coordinates Career Tracks, a career orientation program for first year students and facilitates the Sophomore Career Series (SCS), a six-week seminar series. He also conducts career assessments for those who are unsure about their future majors or careers.
