For starters, we require all our students to subscribe to the student-directed Honor Code. It’s not just lip service—you agree to refrain from any dishonest act, from cheating on a test to lying to a professor to filching someone else’s detergent. Because of the Code, honesty is a given; integrity matters and values are put into practice—every day.

Our top-ranked academics with 9:1 student/faculty ratio and rigorous humanities requirement will challenge you to think for yourself. And Rhodes graduates have an exceptionally high rate of acceptance into graduate and professional programs.

Rhodes students are passionate about effecting positive change in the world. That’s why more than 80% of our students participate in service regularly, often through one of the diverse service opportunities available through the Kinney Program.

I want a life outside of classes.

Relationships and activities outside the classroom combine with your academic experience to make you a balanced person. Our students work hard and they play hard — there is something for everyone at Rhodes. Find your niche in student government, Greek life, athletics (NCAA Div. III, club and intramural), performing and fine arts, and among a myriad of clubs and organizations.
